so far in the trilogy, spiderman 2 was the best. 3 let me down alot, cuz venom had such little screen time, and honestly, in the Spiderman/Marvel Universe, who the fuck cares about the Sandman? The new Goblin was cool and all, but still Venom should have been the one and only main villian. The Goblin should have came at the end. Or maybe, save him for a movie of his own. They try to cram so many people in one flick. Thats why I like 2 and 1 better.
