I think flash ko's happen to frequent when counter but not fully kod there should have some stumble animation or daze animation to recover from wiggling the along stick.

well the game lets 1 hit kos happen, bcuz they made that 30 second achivement and the only way to get it is by flash ko. i mean its bad that, that happned but its realistic and it will and does happen alot. the only possible way to stop that from happening is bring the fight to the ground, ur opponent cant flash ko if they are on the bottem, if any one wants to fight/sparr my xbl gt is aharrychimp.

I agree that its realistic to knock someone out in one punch. However, the top of your head, specifically the forehead and the top of your head, is very hard, and the chances of a knockout coming from that is extremely slim.
