The Dogma of shinto is only making everything clean and genuine. That is for living, work, health, wealth, and world. The dogma is simple.
This is the Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival, held in July every year for about seven centuries. Only men, boys, and young girls can participate. Those floats are HEAVY--they have very short-distance races at 4:59am on July 15, but the floats are carried during the day several times for practice before that, so people who don't get up that early can see. It's one of the big traditional festivals of Japan, and we're proud of it here in Fukuoka.
Why are they running around wearing the equivalent of a jock strap? I can't look at anything but their rear ends. I'm sure this is a very important thing to do, and don't want to knock them, but between this and sumo I'm getting a little distracted.

About 90% festival is dedicated to SHINTO shrine. Only Japanese believe shinto
god. Koreean,chinese they have similar to Japanese, but they don't believe shinto.
So they will never join to our festival. While we don't mind any race join to the festival.
To join festival means to make spirit clean.
