i would guess that now they are pumping 4 watts out, your pissy little antennas are causing this RF effect, do the SMA antenna connector mod as well, should be fine
i have some stabo freecom 450 and i sounds the some with them. but when i transmitt with the stabos, there is no sweep-tone. the beep is with low and high power.
It's simply some LARSEN due to the small distance between the transceivers!

The issue will dissapear if you fit the properly tuned antennas..Not the springs that they are supplied with. Check out my antenna mod vids on here.

Sorry but like the others say simply move rigs apart from eachother.
If we are reading this wrong explain a little more about the problem.
You are transmitting on high power, as the bar graph indicates????
magicthekitten 2 years ago
Hi,
yes it`s high (ex-version).
it´s not a feedback!!
The effect is the same when the devices are 10m separated but this is hard to put in the movie...
Schnarchnasen 2 years ago
Isn't that feedback ?

No, sadly not.
I´m not that stupid ;-)
It´s not with LPD-Frequency and high power.

Hi DT125ccm,
Just to clarify my previous comment...it was not may intention to "call you stupid"...I was just a thought....
Cheers

Yes I can recreate the same effect, but you wont get this problem when the radios are further apart. It's normal to have feedback at close range.
delboyonline 3 years ago
You just have the radios too close together by the sound of it, try them 500 yards apart and see if you still get the feedback!
