I always get a headache doing Swissball exercises. I dont know why! I always drink a bit before I start and I always try to breath regular and without any pressure. What am I doing wrong?
@steve453376 Do you think you're holding a lot of tension in your neck and shoulders, more than is needed for support? I know that I can get a headache from handstands if I don't remember to keep those areas a little relaxed.
This was the first Ridgeline excercise to challenge me. I've being doing two-point bridges (push-up position to superman) without the ball for ages. With the ball, it challenges your back muscles a lot more. Do both variety.
These videos are so great!! =) Thank you very much for them!! <3
OH MY!! The one at 2:20 is so difficult!! O_O

Wow, this is pretty good! Good way to advertise the website too; this is actually useful, not some cheap, short and half-assed routine.
Kudos!

I've done supermans on the floor (both arms and legs up to 'fly' each rep) but this looks even better. I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
