  • @Gberets83, I think Western Aristocrat would do well in America. He broke the track record at kempton,is versatile regards surface and I am pretty sure he is on a upward curve.

  • I read on England's Racing Post web-site today that this may likely be Western Aristocrat's final race for trainer Jeremy Noseda, who trained him in the UK. His owners have apparently decided to keep him in America to race now, and say he may be taken to Dubai this spring? I didn't think Western Aristocrat was a G1 level horse yet? But he does have a very decent career record. After his Jamaica Handicap win, he's now 7-4-0-2 lifetime.

  • I didn't think Western Aristocrat would be up to winning this. He was given a brilliant tactical ride.

  • @terryeggett1, I've followed all of Western Aristocrat's run's in the UK this season, and I frankly thought he might be a little over his head in the Jamaica Handicap, too. He's finished 3rd in the G3 Jersey Stakes at Ascot, 3rd in the listed Thoroughbred Stakes at Goodwood, and 7th in the G3 Strensall Stakes at York. Western Aristocrat did just win a conditions stakes on the all-weather at Kempton before coming to the US. But I never thought he'd run this well in a G1 stakes right off the bat.

  • I ,Ike Brillant speed in any race at Breeders Cup. He had no business up on the pace. He's a closer
