  • @MrCoryjohnson1 0

That bitch has no idea what sex that corn snake is. They can only be sexed by probing or popping. But that woman is retarded and should not be handling snakes let alone telling people incorrect information about them like they only need to eat once every 2 weeks.

  • is your snake a tamed snake your snake may not be not udes to being handled becaues the porson oh owned the snake haventt handled the snake before u got him my snakes were a bitt tamed but they got sudes to beimg handled is your snake a young snake? my snakes were a bit courisous wean they first came here dont worry just keap handling ur snake and it will get useds mto you

  • @YNWAIJOSEPHICFC i handeld mine the first day n it loves bein handeled, i say it cause i dont know the sex, just aproach em slow n scoop up there midsection with ur index finger or hand dependin how big it is, let um go in ur top if they want to, just gotta let um associate ur smell with warmth n basicly a big climbin frame, n dont control where they go physically, let um slither about n just guide um or they get stressed

  • poopy

  • if u dont feed it in the same tank then it will not bite u

  • so could i put it in a container when i feed mine. also what things should i stray from doing for me not to upset, stress, or frustrate my snake?

  • @saint10210 just feed um in the tank i feed mine in the tank, then leave um at least 24 hours or they can regurgitate there food n it can kill um

  • have u ever been bitten

    ]

  • Snake =D xx

  • This is the video I should not forget.

I just bought mine like 3 weeks ago =D

  • snakes r hard work. and u also need to get one that bonds with u like i did. ive had mine for 8 years now and he is my pal. good luck with ur new best buddy 2 be

  • expert village are shit

  • wish i could get one in singapore :(

  • The first time you said corn snakes, I thought you said corn flakes.

I just love snakes that much!

  • I have been thinkin about gettin a snake now for a long time and im really pumped on gettin a corn snake but i have one problem...Do you need to feed them mice all the time or can you give them other food too? I have no problem giving them mice , Its my mam that will freak :P

Someone please get back ASAP ^^

  • yea their diet is pretty much just mice. they're not like garter snakes that can eat worms and things like that. corn snakes can also eat small lizards like anoles if they want to. the mice dont need to be live, you can buy frozen ones at pet stores.

  • Well really, corn snakes also feed on live or frozen. I use frozen because you can leave them. Live food costs more and the snake could be hurt (clawing, biting, etc).

I don't believe they'll eat crickets or something. But they do eat lizards. Of course..that would probably be worse xD

  • yah u just feed them mice. get one. i have 7 cornsnakes. there great

  • mice r reconmended but some eat stuff like special bred minnwos and stuff but i would feed it mice

  • ok i just got a corn snake and need to know if i have to turn the heat lamp off at nights or just leave it on??

  • turn it off damit!

  • i want a corn snake and i want to put it in a plastic container how will i heat it up

  • wow i had the same question weird lol turn i off unless you wanna but a night lamp

  • sigh...my corn snake just died on wednesday...he was 18 years old. i got him for a birthday present when i turned 8.

and now i want another. but there hard to find.

    sigh

  • damn man i feel sad for u, i hope my cute little corn snake lives that long, im 11 well, tommorow im ganna be 12 but still.... i got him on friday, i feakin luv him or her, anyways rlly srry man

  • If you had it for 18 years then you took really good care of it, and you desrve another no doubt. I have ordered certain species through PetCo before with pretty good luck.

  • Thankyou.

I have accually just got a boa. shes beautiful. but she just dusnt have the same sweet personality as my cornsnake did.

PetCo? is that availible in canada as well?

  • it should be available even if it is only through the internet. I don't know what the rules are on shipping exotics into another country are, but there are plenty of suppliers that you can "google". As for the personality, I have never seen a better bunch than the sand boa's, and I have no experience with corn's but am told they are awesome. I did have a red tail boa that was a pure bitch. I have seen other red tails that were really docile. It has more to do with personality than breed perhaps

  • Also, handle your Boa OFTEN like every day or even every couple of hours, and she will settle down. I enjoy the smaller ones now due to less piss and shit running down my back...cheaper to care for....less liabilities with pet/kids...etc. However, I am all for people who want the larger boa's. (sand boa's only get 2-3 ft...downside is they don't eat well). Corn may be my next snake?? don't know, and good luck

  • my boa is redtail...and she has to be the bitchiest snake ever lol.

I always let my daughter hold poseidan(that was my cornsnake) and he was very very good with her. but this new girl i have my redtail...has such a terrible attitude. ive held her everyday since i got her. but it dusnt seem to be making a difference lol. but i guess time will tell. She is still a baby only about 8 inches at the moment.. so im hoping she will calm down in the near future lol. Thankyou for your help:)

  • hahaha mine could bite in ways that I never even saw coming. I had to keep her away from my face at all times. Once she got bigger she actually got worse (no, she wasn't sick or anything; just very unpredictable). My friend's red tail at that size was very nice though?? I have never been struck by any sand boa though, but their problem is that they won't even bite a mouse, and eventually starve to death.

  • for a baby corn how often should i feed him ? once a week ? one pinky ?

  • i feed my baby corn snake once a week and one pinky and he does fine :)

  • eh... i dont know about feeding every two weeks. i think most people stick with once a week....

  • Sorry man, if I saw that thing in my yard it would be cut in half in seconds! Snakes scare the hell out of me and I don't want them anywhere near me or my house!

  • yore shit and but ugly

  • You're 'Shit' at English...

    Learn to spell...

'yore' should be 'You are' or 'You're',

also the 'but' should be replaced with 'also'.

With that level of English i'm assuming you're either some plastic blonde bimbo or a over-weight 40 year old man who lives with his mother?

    Nice Vid BTW (:

  • That corn snake is about as big as one of mine. I don't see many that big in captivity but, this is the only one besides my big boy.

  • omg i totally want a corn snake now!

  • Hey, Can Someone Please Send Me A PM Or Post A Comment, I Was Just Wondering If It IS Possible To Get A Corn Snake In Australia, Thanks In Advance :)

  • doubt it, its hot in australia isn't it?

unless u have a pet shop u might not be able to get 1

    geta beardie instead

  • how big is that one?

  • 4 feet she says so!

  • they are supposed to grow to 6 ft in the wild

  • albino okeetees are absolutely amazing in color jsut look at them

  • can people from australia get corn snakes if you can can u send me a message me the [rices for everything

  • soz whats bigger male or female

  • i believe females are the larger sex.

  • Comment removed

  • by what i have read in the corn snake manual, the males tend to grow a little bit larger, but i have heard theories of the other way round, but personallly i belive its down to the individual, you get bigs and smalls of both adult sexes and if big males start mating with big females then theyll be big corn snakes for everyone lol

  • yes in most snake breeds the female is the larger then male

  • My friend has two corn snakes and i was looking after them while they were in America for 5 months, they are awesome creatures and both of them had different personalities, Freedom - was the fiesty one who could be handled but he liked to be left alone and Velvet - she loved being out and was always looking around. Amazing vreatures!

  • I lvoe that colour snake, oh and btw ppl your meant to comment ont he video, not have your own provate convo about snakes here.

  • from wat i hear its like angry velcro lol so

  • are they poisonous?

  • nope, they are constrictors, very good pets

  • No corn snakes are not venomous silly

  • no you feed them 1nce a week. for a baby :} you can feed a adult something big but not live and it takes up to

2-1 weeks err dont feed it live food or it can kill the snake if its not hungry.

Hope i helped everyone (: I love the colors of the snakes! mines a baby snow one

    [;

  • I was so close to buying a snow. But my cousin has the same one so I got an amel albino instead. I love him <3 named him Stuart :)

  • debby sticks that thing in her holes

  • so you only need to feed it once every 2 weeks?

  • depends on its matabelism. And babies eat alot more often(up to two a week!)

  • if you get one as a baby, maybe at first, if you catch or buy an adult then maybe.

but it takes alot for them to bite

  • thats a cool snake! love the colours.

  • 10-15 years?? i know a load of ppl who've had corns living to 18-20 even 22!

  • the maximum is 23 years.

  • what kind of corn snake is that one ur holding????

  • That's a normal. It's the coloration that's found in the wild.

  • lmao 4 to 6 feet dats long

  • not when u think about it, cuz they are usually coiled up.

  • how old is the corn snake u are holding?

  • how much are they

  • Hes such a cute snake, its a shame that corn snakes don't live as long as ball pythons.

  • i just wanted to know, is it ok for my snake to to always lock itself up under the bowl?

  • Yeah, I'm pretty sure from what I have seen snakes always go under their little hiding spots, unless it is like striking at you when you try to get it out I wouldn't know :D.

  • i would like a snake, i just woudlnt be comfortable feeding it. i like rodents and dont wnna live with the fact that ive fed them to a snake.

  • About two months ago I got a corn snake its still a babby maybe less than a foot long, and im feeding it pinkys, now it still hasnt learn how to kill properly just puts its mouth on their face till they cant breath, lately it has tried to wrap its body but cant do it right, and today he ate it alive and it was still moving inside im worried that it wont improve and the snake will get injured, what should i do?

  • switch too frozen mice imediatly as if this keeps up your snake will likely get seriously hurt internaly.

  • i have a bird and a snake i like the snake better (its a red tail boa)

  • i have one and it bit me a long time ago when it was a baby, its a bigger now and should i be nervace of it biting me again? does it hurt lol?

  • it stings a bit, but it should recongnise you now, it should know that you feed it so you are a friend

  • True that the snake recognises her/him and that the bites barely hurt. However, snakes base their actions on almost 98% instinct. It is not possible for them to know emotions such as "love" "friendship" etc. If she/he is not careful (with feeding handling etc) the snake may bite. This does not go to say that the snake doesn't trust her/him or is not comfortable with the person. I am sure the snake is =)

    (sorry...I love animal psychology.)

  • duh!!

  • i feed mine every week.

  • id love it to eat this stupid bitch

  • if u feed it every 2 weeks, one day u will find it dead

  • why

  • usually u feed it ever weekish

  • ya, but in the wild they might only eat 1nce a month. 2 weeks and they wont die.

  • but the point isnt simply keeping them alive, its keeping them happy

  • this girl is a moron

  • rather a python slower but can climb n move up its body

  • The movie about housing. Cornsnakes need a dry terra. And you only need to sprey 2 or 3 times when they change skin. Feeding 1 adult mice a week when your snake is full grown... You have adult snakes(cornsnakes)from round 80 till 150/180 cm. And one of 180 cm really needs some more. the terra for the snake was to small, and harldy contained anything to climb on.

  • dont spray at all

  • It's not needed, but with spraying ( making the snakes skin wet ) makes him skin better. Spraying the "habitat" is indeed, not good.

  • ive always just soaked them when there eyes change, but if you do spray them dont do it in there cage, depending on the substrate it will hold the water, and since corns are kinda dumb they will move through it alot(if not burrow in a wet spot) and get RI or blistering, and a few other skin problems from the water

  • She doesn't know anything about cornsnakes/snakes. First of all, Snakes arn't pets. In the other movies of her, you can see that she places a heatrock into the snakes terra. These things aren't good for any kind of animal, cause it can burn them and damage their skin. She had a movie about handeling a cornsnake, and she dropped the snake!

  • Yea, after i watched this i watched her other videos and was appalled. als i wonder ho its still alive.
