Thanks for the sage comment. None of us have heard it before. Actually, because of my day job as a commercial real estate broker and experience in teaching college level real estate law, I was a source for a couple of the reporters. This may not be over for Dirty Harry. They need to investigate whether he declared capital gains treament when he took his profit and what he declared on his tax return when he divested himself of title.
