PineappleGummies, hate to tell you this but you are WRONG! It is VERY hard to get a dog out to a normal traffic stop without something else going on. I have been pulled over many times with contraband on me and when asked for a search I have refused and informed the officer I have the right to a proper warrant or probable cause. You have the right to know and assert your rights and if the cop don't like it he can fuck himself. I have personally used these practices. Dont smoke in the car...
LOL sorry I've known too many cops socially. No way it would really go down like that if you refused a vehicle search. That cop would have called back up put all three on the ground in cuffs while they ripped through his car. Cops could careless about your rights. They consider failure to consent to search as probable cause. Cop don't like people who know their rights but they hate people who actually assert those rights.
Thank you for this video. 8 days after I turned 18 I was arrested with 2 grams of marijuana and it set me on a path that made my life unnecessarly difficult for the following two years. Had I known my rights I could have avoided a year of probation and jail for something that wasn't even mine. Thank you.
Not in NYC.... They get you out of the car, make sure your back is turned away from your car and then while officer #1 talks to you, his buddies are going through your car. DON'T TRUST NYC POLICE>......KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
I have my novice 1 license and as you know u can only have 1 person in ur car. I got caught in a parking lot with 4 other people in my car and I was in the driver seat and a cop gave me a ticket for driving with more than one person. If they have no proof that I was driving should I have even got that ticket? Someone please answer soon
@goose1077: TSA screeners are NOT cops. They don't have arrest and search powers like a cop. Search powers only extend to looking for threats to the security of the aircraft, crew, and passengers. Refuse a search e.g. your groin area (calmly and politely), and they should can deny you access to the aircraft and you'll be told to leave.
In practice they'll be belligerent & rude, but you're always free to leave; they can't arrest you. Cops might intervene. If they do, follow advice in video.
@goose1077 I just mean that if they can say certain behavior is an automatic consent to a search they can say doing anything is an automatic consent. Driving down a certain road, walking in public, going to the public fireworks display. There is no limit to the behavior they can decide is an automatic consent to a search.
Know your rights and voice them when necessary, but the most important and universal lesson here is SHUT UP! The reality is, cops can find probable cause if you give them a reason to look for one ie. piss them off...suddenly they start to see and smell things that don't exist. It's a no win situation with that. Try to prevent it and stop answering dumb ass questions like "Where are you coming from?" Even church could place you near a crime scene where you match the description of a suspect. smh
HAHAHAHA THANK YOU ACLU!! I want EVERY DOPE SMOKING, LAW BREAKING pile of SHIT to FOLLOW THIS ADVICE! HAHAHAHAHAHA
NO COP will EVER let a dickhead go...GO AHEAD...PISS US OFF by being an uncooperative DICK. I would have just rather written you a ticket for the joint you had...but NOW I KNOW I SMELLED DOPE and MUST SEARCH your car and IMPOUND IT and SELL IT! HAHAHAHAHA Have fun spendin 10 grand apiece on attorneys!
@AmericanKnowItAll3 Narrow minded are we? You don't have to be in violation of the law to exercise these rights. I would love nothing more for a prick cop to tell me he smells marijuana in my car, forces a search and finds none, then all ass hurt arrests me for driving under the influence only to have the toxicology report (hard evidence of d.u.i) comeback negative. No doubt there's easily a good sleazy lawyer to be found that will want in on damages for wrongful imprisonment. :-)
@AmericanKnowItAll3 There's only a handful of states that have decriminalized marijuana in small amounts, meaning that in the majority of states a joint is just the same as having 30 grams (1oz) or less (which is usually the threshold between misdemeanor and felony). Only in the states that are decriminalized would they write you a ticket for a joint because it's a civil infraction not a criminal one (hence the term decriminalized). For an "American know it all" you should know better.
@AmericanKnowItAll3 It disturbs me deeply that somebody of your temperament and intelligence level is responsible for "protecting" our rights (that is, if you were being truthful about being a cop). You're clearly a sadistic, close-minded son-of-a-bitch, as judging by this comment and all the rest that are visible on your channel. Evidence of the notion that most cops are just bullies who needed somewhere to vent their anger about their small dicks after high school.
In Massachusetts the state supreme court ruled that the smell of weed alone isn't enough probable cause for them to search your car. I don't know how it goes in other states.
If im riding passenger i always run right away and stash my drugs along my route once i turn a corner out of sight at least a few blocks away from traffic stop. If im driving, everything gets handed to my friend and he runs. We escaped few times and been caught few times, just give them the old i was scared routine, get charged with evading. Get locked up for few days at the most do a few weeks in county, but i always have my stash to go back and retrieve and no drug charges. FUCK THE POLICE
so say for example i get pulled over and the officer tries to search my car. i tell him/her i dont consent to any searches. can't he/she just lie about having probable cause? does he/she have to tell me what evidence they have before the search? do i have the right to know what the actual probable cause is before they search.
This is the ideal world scenario. In the real world, the cop will be pissed at you, call backup, beat & taser you, search your car and arrest you on trumped up bullshit charges anyway.
Any complaints will find the officer(s) conduct in line with department policy and fully justified. Even a civil lawsuit will result in a payoff of tax payer money with the guilty officer(s) getting little or no punishment.
in NJ if you ask a cop why they pulled you over they get mad and will say shit like "thats none of your business" because so many people here dont know their rights
lol wow that second scene was messed up and reminded me of old NWA lyrics. "Don't let it be a black and a white cop, cause he'll slam ya, down to the street top, black police showin out for the white cop".
@iansanefako Dude. You read my mind, that's exactly what I thought. I also thought. "Dear God, how is it nobody beat these little cunts into comas in High School?"
In the future the factors that condition human beings to kill or "commit crimes" that harm fellow human beings will be understood and eliminated. When we find the root of the difficulty, we will modify conditions so that people will not, or can not act criminally. How primitive we are to place laws and use archaic systems of courts when it is our society witch produces the aberrant behavior. Its like people who get in car wrecks, they blame someone instead of the way transportation is engineered
If you have a legal registered gun in your name and get pulled over and the cop asks if you have any weapons in the car and you tell him that you have a registered gun in the car for self defense. lets say it is in the trunk
1. Would he let you get it out but not be legally allowed to search your car?
2. If he didn't let you get it out would he have to get it out and therefore search your car?
@BassFIow If he gets it out for you, and sees something inside that may raise red flag then yes. Probable cause. Keep the gun stored as permitted by law, prefer in a case or bag so just the bag is pulled out, with no need to be digging.
@HowlingCoyoteWS I must ask... if its for self defense, why have it to where you cant reach it? if i car jack you, im not going to let you get in your trunk before i drive off in your shit.
@HowlingCoyoteWS I am buying my first gun and I will most likely carry it in a bag on my backseat, I will only conceal carry it if I go to a bad part of where I live. I was just wondering how it would work if I got pulled over for speeding or something.
@BassFIow Right i understand.. Just make sure you A get you ccp. Even with a ccp you still have laws that must be abided by.. at times you wont be able to carry. some states even with a ccp wont let you conceal in your vehicle, or makes you conceal it. Or has laws about the storage for the firearm. Just check your local and state laws.
@HowlingCoyoteWS What counts as CC in a vehicle? Could i put it under the passenger seat but it is still in its case and unloaded? I thought you can't carry a gun that is not in plain sight and it is loaded in a vehicle.
@BassFIow Varies from state to state.. Really... Open Carry and CC laws are both different. Every state has different regulations.. Vehicles and being out in public are two different things. Like with open carry in ssome states you can open carry but you must conceal carry inside a vehicle.. dumb if you ask me.. again call your local sheriffs department.. you will alreayd be in contact with him when you get you conceal
@BassFIow Ill say it again. It varies from state to state. Every state is different.. CC and OC are not federal laws.. they are controlled by the state and even local jurisdictions.
@BassFIow in some states like the one I'm in RHODE ISLAND make it mandatory if you have a permit to carry a firearm u have to carry it concealed you can't just be waving it around and by law you can't even have it showing on your person it must be covered and concealed until a time arises were u need to use it and ammo and firearm must be locked separate in the vehicle
@BassFIow IFyou have a concealed gun permit, you must follow all laws in your state regaurding the conceal carry permit.. When you are pulled over its wise to have hands on wheel and make it clear "sir, i do have a concealed carry firearm, im just letting you know that for both our safety" most officers will say " ok will you please reach with your left hand and put it on the dash.. unless you have commited a criminal act. then its a diff ballgame
"Just touching an officer could land you with a felony charge of assaulting a police officer." Do all police officers have brittle bone disease or is that just an enormous double standard?
I was in a speeding car when my friends and I got pulled over. Honestly, my friend, who is a law student, knew our rights. He always reminds us that cops are NOT "your friend." A cop's job is to prosecute you. Simple as that. That's their job. They try to get you to talk to incriminate you. Never admit ANYTHING (even if you know you were in the wrong). You give up your rights when you talk. If you get pulled over, keep your mouth shut and don't say anything unncessary.
@Samueljacobs99 Depends where your from, different places have different laws. At the school I went to they needed a parent signature to allow a search of any kind.
@AGDCrompton The Supreme Court had a case which allows schools the right to serve as parental guardian. This order entitles them to search of all of your things during school hours and on their property. @MentosMan727 So your best chance is to hold your stuff and refuse until after hours and then leave. They have no rights to touch you or detain you after these hours. Did it myself a few times. Hope that helps. :)
@Samueljacobs99 Yes - at least here in Florida it is. In most states school officials or the police can check your property at anytime if you're on school property
UK police racism ruined my future. They made me unemployable. They labelled me as violent . I have made a video about what they did to me. "scary black woman arrest UK intro" Police officers need to be prosecuted and sacked. When a blonde white woman accuses a black woman of threatening violence, the police automatically believe the white person. CCTV showed that she was lying but I had already been arrested, charged and labelled for life. I will end up having to claim benefits because of this.
@alimckenzie2008 Do not put words into my mouth. When did I say that we do not need law enforcement officers? I merely contend that cops need to be held accountable for their crimes.
One time my friend brought some LSD to school, and a cop asked him if he could search him. He, of course, agreed, and the cop discovered the LSD. I was going to wait for the officer to ask if I was involved, but he never asked. To my extreme disbelief, he actually asked if he could borrow some...
Long story short, some police officers are JUST AS BAD as the people they arrest. Although, doing drugs is nothing physically threatening to anyone ELSE, so it's not really "bad"; just illegal.
the piece of shit "founders" added the bill of rights because their political enemies forced them to. It was a reluctant concession to win ratification.
@Nupetiet Ok the video is dumb and put to one said to say cops are bad but one point it. Did have is the bill of rights without it well one US could then say fuck you you cant go to youtube. Cause it may give u ideas cause bill of rights give the right to free speech and worship and once again i for one don't want cops to walk in without cause. so ya I say the bill of rights is a good thing. Unless you want people to tell you what to do.
@xXCirmsonRagexX damn right the bill of rights is a good thing -- too bad it doesn't mean anything anymore. time to leave USA on the fucking trash heap of history and build a new country where those rights are fundamental in its founding documents
The fact that laws exist has absolutely no impact on the fact that there is no reason innocent people should be harassed for marijuana. It's not a criminal activity, it's not a malicious hobby. If you can honestly disagree, please utilize Google + start educating yourself.
haha you think cops will think you're special because you aren't a pothead (how the hell are they ever going to tell????). Face it, you're just trash to them. Hell I dress in a tie and a three piece everyday, and I am better prepared legally and FINANCIALLY than you will ever be, and you feel entitled blame other. Fuck off. Kindly and forever, just please, fuck off.
well if i was a 2 mos. old, and purple haze came wafting into my crib from the neighboors backyard party of college kids , i would say my freedom to breathe clean safe air would be infringed.
@SnrFrijolero You could make the same argument for smoking cigarettes, or driving cars, or having an outdoor barbecue. There are a million things in the environment that could put a child at risk, but that eliminating would cost people their freedoms. It's your responsibility as a parent to guard your child against them. Close the windows and buy a fan.
Alcohol and smoking is targeted to young individuals , you want to add another component of billion dollar advertising- How about you jump off the golden gate you flaming homo. !
@SnrFrijolero Calling me a homosexual? Really? What are you, twelve? And yes, I wouldn't mind if they started marketing marijuana legally towards youth. It's less addictive than alcohol or cigarettes. I still believe there should be an age minimum for legally-purchased cannabis, though.
Amsterdam has a problem with youth using marijuana. The addiction centers for adolescents state, it stunts the developing minds and has long term effects certain parts of the brain. THIS DOES NOT SOUND SAFE ! No such thing as a free lunch. Amsterdam should know they have been screwing their youth for years. Your a tool !
@SnrFrijolero Your a tool, atleast kids don't get locked up and get a perminent record for smoking a plant, you know how much a felony stunts the development of people on the long term? Just because Amsterdam has legal pot doesn't mean more kids are addicted to it. ALL facts show that less teens smoke pot in the Netherlands then virtually any other country, its because its hard to get pot when you are 14 cause the stores give a fuck about your age, the dealers don't.
Buried in the 682 pages of the, National Defense Authorization Act (N.D.A.A.) the Bill under the title ‘Detainee Matters’ in section 1031 and 1032, the United States Congress has essentially given the Department of Defense the explicit power to take civilians into military custody and detain people indefinitely with no charges or trial.Might want to pay close attention,The Government is coming for YOU!
@SmokeBojangles American citizens lost their remaining freedoms after 9/11 through the Patriot act and Homeland security. You now live in a fascist state make no mistake. Your land and your lives are owned by the Federal Reserve - a cartel of private banks who are farming your money. Fight the power. Long live the revolution.
"High school civics class" wtf is that? I have never even heard of that let alone, known that there was such a class. I would have loved to have taken such a thing. oh yeah, thats right. government has been cutting education increasingly throughout the years, that might be why I've never heard of such a thing. dam'n.
@jusdubzzz I know, right? Educating police officers to circumvent a person's rights, while not educating people about their rights. Government's got us all screwed.
i just watched the whole daamn thing lol i think this shit is important cuz i didnt know that u dont have to say yes to everything a cop asks you to do

Even with a ccp you still have laws that must be abided by.. at times you wont be able to carry. some states even with a ccp wont let you conceal in your vehicle, or makes you conceal it. Or has laws about the storage for the firearm. Just check your local and state laws.
HowlingCoyoteWS 3 weeks ago
@HowlingCoyoteWS What counts as CC in a vehicle? Could i put it under the passenger seat but it is still in its case and unloaded? I thought you can't carry a gun that is not in plain sight and it is loaded in a vehicle.
BassFIow 3 weeks ago
@BassFIow Varies from state to state.. Really... Open Carry and CC laws are both different. Every state has different regulations.. Vehicles and being out in public are two different things. Like with open carry in ssome states you can open carry but you must conceal carry inside a vehicle.. dumb if you ask me.. again call your local sheriffs department.. you will alreayd be in contact with him when you get you conceal
HowlingCoyoteWS 3 weeks ago
@BassFIow Ill say it again. It varies from state to state. Every state is different.. CC and OC are not federal laws.. they are controlled by the state and even local jurisdictions.
HowlingCoyoteWS 3 weeks ago
@BassFIow in some states like the one I'm in RHODE ISLAND make it mandatory if you have a permit to carry a firearm u have to carry it concealed you can't just be waving it around and by law you can't even have it showing on your person it must be covered and concealed until a time arises were u need to use it and ammo and firearm must be locked separate in the vehicle
bipolarnutcase 3 weeks ago
@BassFIow IFyou have a concealed gun permit, you must follow all laws in your state regaurding the conceal carry permit.. When you are pulled over its wise to have hands on wheel and make it clear "sir, i do have a concealed carry firearm, im just letting you know that for both our safety" most officers will say " ok will you please reach with your left hand and put it on the dash.. unless you have commited a criminal act. then its a diff ballgame

How to deal with the police.
1. Pull over to the side of the road.
2. When the officer asks "why were you driving so fast?" or "where were you heading?", say "Sorry officer, but I'm late for the Policeman's ball!"
3. With luck, the officer will say "What? Policemen don't have balls!"
4. Give a trollface and relax while the officer tasers/handcuffs you.

@Samueljacobs99 Depends where your from, different places have different laws. At the school I went to they needed a parent signature to allow a search of any kind.
AGDCrompton 1 month ago in playlist Outstanding police officers;)
@AGDCrompton The Supreme Court had a case which allows schools the right to serve as parental guardian. This order entitles them to search of all of your things during school hours and on their property. @MentosMan727 So your best chance is to hold your stuff and refuse until after hours and then leave. They have no rights to touch you or detain you after these hours. Did it myself a few times. Hope that helps. :)
zander181846 1 month ago in playlist Favorite videos

Nupetiet 1 month ago
@Nupetiet Ok the video is dumb and put to one said to say cops are bad but one point it. Did have is the bill of rights without it well one US could then say fuck you you cant go to youtube. Cause it may give u ideas cause bill of rights give the right to free speech and worship and once again i for one don't want cops to walk in without cause. so ya I say the bill of rights is a good thing. Unless you want people to tell you what to do.
xXCirmsonRagexX 1 month ago
@xXCirmsonRagexX damn right the bill of rights is a good thing -- too bad it doesn't mean anything anymore. time to leave USA on the fucking trash heap of history and build a new country where those rights are fundamental in its founding documents

The fact that laws exist has absolutely no impact on the fact that there is no reason innocent people should be harassed for marijuana. It's not a criminal activity, it's not a malicious hobby. If you can honestly disagree, please utilize Google + start educating yourself.

@SnrFrijolero How does giving someone the right to smoke marijuana infringe on anyone else's liberties?
squizz222 2 weeks ago
@squizz222
well if i was a 2 mos. old, and purple haze came wafting into my crib from the neighboors backyard party of college kids , i would say my freedom to breathe clean safe air would be infringed.
SnrFrijolero 2 weeks ago
@SnrFrijolero You could make the same argument for smoking cigarettes, or driving cars, or having an outdoor barbecue. There are a million things in the environment that could put a child at risk, but that eliminating would cost people their freedoms. It's your responsibility as a parent to guard your child against them. Close the windows and buy a fan.

Alcohol and smoking is targeted to young individuals , you want to add another component of billion dollar advertising- How about you jump off the golden gate you flaming homo. !
SnrFrijolero 1 week ago
@SnrFrijolero Calling me a homosexual? Really? What are you, twelve? And yes, I wouldn't mind if they started marketing marijuana legally towards youth. It's less addictive than alcohol or cigarettes. I still believe there should be an age minimum for legally-purchased cannabis, though.
squizz222 1 week ago
@squizz222
SnrFrijolero 1 week ago
@SnrFrijolero Your a tool, atleast kids don't get locked up and get a perminent record for smoking a plant, you know how much a felony stunts the development of people on the long term? Just because Amsterdam has legal pot doesn't mean more kids are addicted to it. ALL facts show that less teens smoke pot in the Netherlands then virtually any other country, its because its hard to get pot when you are 14 cause the stores give a fuck about your age, the dealers don't.
philateliceun 1 week ago
@DiabloEncarnate Right you are, the only people who view marijuana negatively are ignorant of it's effects.

SmokeBojangles 2 months ago
@SmokeBojangles American citizens lost their remaining freedoms after 9/11 through the Patriot act and Homeland security. You now live in a fascist state make no mistake. Your land and your lives are owned by the Federal Reserve - a cartel of private banks who are farming your money. Fight the power. Long live the revolution.
