  • Hi, i am in negotiation with a buyer for the same model here in India, could you tell how much did you pay for it, excluding the shipping and everything? thanks!

  • knock knock whos there lol

  • Sounds wery nice !!

Do you have any info off what engine that is mounted on the bike??

i drive a Enfield Robin Diesel -very nice to !!

  • hello i want to buy royal enfield diesel motorcycle want to sell motorcycle, if not, maybe you know where to buy this bike what price?

    bartoski3@interia.pl

  • Will it outrun my '78 Z1r with the 1350 CC jugs and J-model head?

  • @111fishkiller YES!!! - In a tank range contest...

  • @111fishkiller Eh no.. but perhaps my tuned '78 GS 1000E will...

  • Hey Jonathan. I'm seeing lots of these Enfields on youtube, but most seem home built. Where did you get yours and how please? Is therea company that retro fits diesels to these in India? Would love to own one - economy to burn! Cheers, Matt.

  • @rollingredknuckles

Royal Enfield in India built Bullets with factory fitted diesels. Many are still available secondhand though they stopped production 10 years back. Buy at least 2 so that u can replace any missing parts, damage stc.

  • Very nice bike!

  • Can you make a video riding it on the street^^. I love the sound!

  • they do about 140 miles to gallon imperial

but hardly have any power top speed would be 70mph

  • @kingbleah

70mph! No chance, not in a million years. I was presumtious enough to take mine to 60 (flat out) and the diesel turned to milkshake and air got in the system. Their undeniable charm doesn't lie in their speed, handling or brakes, it's something else.

  • @CaptainCropper If you mean 60 miles per hour, it isn't recommended. You have to tighten all the bolts and drain the oil every time. Hitting the ton on an Enfield takes time.

  • @Shriekshack

& a continent or two LOL!

  • you made it yourself?

  • no i bought it from India

  • My father use to sell Royal Enfield motor cycles during the years 1964-65. I never knew they made one with a diesel engine.

If he was alive today your machine would excite him to no end. Very very nice!

  • @jonathanlevy586 how much did you pay for it in india my brother went over and was saying it was worth it to by a whole front wheel instead of changing a tire if you didnt have the time as its so cheap over there

  • is it always s hard to start it?

  • no only once in a wile

  • How does that engine shut off? Is there a small valve controlled by a lever near where the throttle hooks up? Trying to figure this out before I start mine for the first time!
