Cant you people read? Radadi is made by boiling the milk for a long time...basically boil the milk then when it comes to a boil just let it simmer until its about half the the amount u started with...make sure to stir so it doesnt stick to your pan. This is to really thicken your milk...

hey i just have a couple of questions about this recipe. firstly, when you boil the milk to make the rabadi, doesn't the milk just evaporate? secondly, could you specify on quantities a little? that way we'll know how much of ingredients to use for how many people. apart from that, i really love your show. you're so enthusiastic and dynamic...keep up the good work!

Hope this greets you enjoying the best of the season
that was a good recipe on Ras Malai...for the first time I ever tried to listen to the procedure...easy when added ice to the mix! I will make for Ugadi tomorrow, as I called a lot of friends home. My children also love Rasmalai,Ras gullas.
but please correct your language, grammar and intonation sir.
Chef. where is your restuarant in USA? Years ago we visited the famous Emeril's place in Neworleans. We were disappointed. None of his great dishes were there. I hope I get to eat all your great dishes in your place. You should compete in the Master Chef in Bravo. Nobody can beat you
Hi waahchef, Thanks a lot for this video. Today, I tried your rasmalai racipe and it came really good. I used lemon juice to curdle the milk but rasmalai had little bit of lemon flavour. So, I think we can use something else like citric acid to curdle the milk.
This guy is absolutely amazing.. Not only a talented chef but also very funny. I learnt cooking Indian by watching his videos, me and my husband just love watching his cooking..
You are genius. you know after watching your video I made perfect resmalai in very first attempt and all credit goes to you. I did nothing but just followed your instruction. it's just amazing......
I want to know, what if I want to make Rasgulla (chhena)? What precautions do I need to take while preparing chhena. Will it be little hard then or what? Please tell me how to do that.....?
Though there are many videos on youtube, i want to hear from you.

He does have an attention deficit disorder.
I have never seen a chef who talks about love like this.
He is irritating.

hey i just have a couple of questions about this recipe. firstly, when you boil the milk to make the rabadi, doesn't the milk just evaporate? secondly, could you specify on quantities a little? that way we'll know how much of ingredients to use for how many people. apart from that, i really love your show. you're so enthusiastic and dynamic...keep up the good work!

what do you do with the rest of milk, does all have to stay boiled for all to be curdled?

Hi Vah chef,
that was a good recipe on Ras Malai...for the first time I ever tried to listen to the procedure...easy when added ice to the mix! I will make for Ugadi tomorrow, as I called a lot of friends home. My children also love Rasmalai,Ras gullas.
but please correct your language, grammar and intonation sir.
for NRI s it sounds like hammering!

Chef. where is your restuarant in USA? Years ago we visited the famous Emeril's place in Neworleans. We were disappointed. None of his great dishes were there. I hope I get to eat all your great dishes in your place. You should compete in the Master Chef in Bravo. Nobody can beat you

Hi waahchef, Thanks a lot for this video. Today, I tried your rasmalai racipe and it came really good. I used lemon juice to curdle the milk but rasmalai had little bit of lemon flavour. So, I think we can use something else like citric acid to curdle the milk.

Hi chef,
your recipe's are awesom.
I'v started coking only after seeing your video's.
can we use condensed milk which we get in tins, instead of rabadi?
amala1990 2 years ago
You are genius. you know after watching your video I made perfect resmalai in very first attempt and all credit goes to you. I did nothing but just followed your instruction. it's just amazing......
I want to know, what if I want to make Rasgulla (chhena)? What precautions do I need to take while preparing chhena. Will it be little hard then or what? Please tell me how to do that.....?
Though there are many videos on youtube, i want to hear from you.
I have become your bigggggggg fan......
