I like to tell people that if all men inherit the original sin, then all men are inherently evil. Then I ask, "if man was created in the image of god, wouldn't that make god inherently evil?"
That usually shuts them up... If it doesn't I tell them to go stone the NFL for touching the skin of a dead pig...
@EvilSeedofDeath Sodomites invented Atheism to confuse people? HAHAHAHAHA
But Atheism is probably more confusing than religions to most people because religions give you easy answers to most problems, give you a world in black and white whereas Atheism requires you to think for yourself if you want to find answers - you yourself have find out whats true or false and not take anything written in a book for a fact. Yet, most Atheists are bad examples. Just like you are a bad example for a Muslim.
Very nice I did get a little suspicious when abducting virgins came up. That just seemed so absolutely abrahamic in behaviour and some of the other stuff was a tad far fetched but the approach was brilliant. favorited!
I noticed that similarity, yes. It sounds a LOT like Zimmer, and the long brass/string note, the D, in the opening, if you add a second one, the F above it, makes a motif from that score.
Is it possible the Teabaggers stole Zimmer's music for their ad?
(BTW: Although pro-life, the Tea Party is not opposed to birth contraception, except when such schemes are funded by government through taxpayer dollars)
@1RadicalOne I haven't seen any Tea Party support for this, if any, Catholic issue. Most TBers could care less if you wear a rubber or take a pill for sex. Providing, like I've stated, you do not wish the taxpayers to pay for them.
This bill is not catholic - though they probably would support it. Indeed, look at how most American Christian Protestants - the majority of the Tea Party - view Catholicism, a cult, "not real Christians".
@1RadicalOne Understood. That's why I find it hard to comprehend why the TBers would promote Prop. 62 unless it carried a mandate to force taxpayers to pay for these products to favored voting constituents that would "benefit" from these handouts. I don't see many people, both moderate and conservatives or libertarians that would support, say... ie RU486 be provided on demand, paid for on the public dime. That's a personal not a social issue.
@1RadicalOne I absented myself from the Tea baggers when it became apparent they were being coopted by the religious right and the war party Zionist/Neocons. Apart from their endless war support for Israel and continued meddling in the mideast, I doubt that their pro life & church for state stance is going anywhere. I do support limiting government, lowering business regulations and taxes, but that's hard to do when wars need funding and large government is needed to fight these conflagrations.
The Tea Party is not so much anti-government as anti-government-as-we-currently-have-it. Talk to most of them, you will find they dream of a government that is very powerful indeed, just one that agrees with them. As O'Donnell put it, "The Bible would be far superior to the [US] Constitution".
@1RadicalOne Yes. I think it would be hard for me to vote for this religious nutbag O'Donnell. However, I couldn't bring myself to vote for her liberal opponent Coons, either. If I lived in Delaware, I'd probably be sitting this one out or voting for the Libertarian candidate if one was running this time. Poor choices all the way around, as usual.
Actually, this one, the one I am using now, is my main - and far older - account. I made "DeltaAtheism" to keep the religion videos organized and separate from my other videos - mostly musical compositions - and to protect my main account in case of a DMCA or similar against DA.
This is why you see DA has having 0 friends and 0 subscriptions; I do all that (and all video viewing and commenting) from my "real" account.
Technically, I should have logged in to DA to reply, but that is slow...

Incredible video. Amazing twist. Wish it were so simple to get people to understand.

Actually, look up Proposition 62. It would ban many forms of contraception, like pills.

Because most of the Teabaggers are far-right Christians who believe they have a duty to impose their beliefs on everyone else.

If you want the music, just look up "Proposition 62", that crazy bill to ban abortion and contraception pushed by the Tea Party.
I took this from them.
