1) I'm not sure if he (we refer'she') is an evil. But it apparancely a power crazy especially when she on the gov. She is talking about kind of "rebuplic democracy" but with the mixture of communism. Communism may affected her during figth for Thaksin. Groups of people who joined that fight are outdated communist or socialism.
