@anonymous11441144 Yes, the part of her brain that was damaged in the gunshot wound was the part that helps her speak and put her thoughts into words. She also lost some mobility. Hopefully with speech and physical therapy it will get better. She is in no other way mentally disabled.

You don't have to believe me. Do a Google Image search for rifle reticles. Note that the 'crosshairs' extend beyond the 'scope.' Then do a search for USGS map legend key and look up 'points of interest.'
