I love it when people argue about the definition of dance. Dance is simply put movement thru energy,time, & space. There doesn't have to be music, or even come from feelings/emotions. Some may also argue that said def could constitute walking, but even the simplest action of walking can be danced.

It could have been fleshed out more in terms of usage of space, but this was a thorough (& admirable)investigation of footwork. THIS IS NOT EASY TO DO! Would put a lot of strain on my tendons...
