I loved this movie. It's not fast-paced as we are used to these days, but the acting is very intense and the story fantastic. I was truly touched by some of the actors.

Saw the movie recently, and actually REALLY enjoyed it, and Oldman, in my opinion, deserves an Oscar.

Amazon acquired the primary .uk marketer of counterfeit DVDs, LoveFilm, in 2011 which has been selling pirated 'Oliver Twisted' DVDs for years from the same supplier to other .uk sites, which may supply to .in and other sites doing the same. It is highly unlikely 'Oliver Twisted' is the only illegitimate DVD title in Amazon/LoveFilm inventory offered for sale. All possible international policing agencies have been notified. Alert all news media to this breaking story.

@efcdk92 The Oscars are a 'joke' only when the actors/films who we WANT to win, don't end up winning. If the actors/films who WE want to win end up winning, then we all say,"Oh yeah, that was well-deserved". The Oscar is the same award that Meryl Streep won for Kramer v/s Kramer & Sophie's Choice, Heath Ledger (RIP) won for The Dark Knight, & Daniel Day-Lewis won for My Left Foot & There Will Be Blood. Will you reduce the status of these actors simply because they won 'joke' awards?

@88narayandivya erm i didn't actually call the oscars a joke. Even though you keep using quotation marks. I said it was horseshit that he hasnt won yet. Maybe you replied to the wrong guy or whatever. Except i don't get what you're getting at with that comment. Do you suggest we agree with every single award given? without any retort from the actual fans? The academy has definitely got it wrong in the past, make no mistake.
