@Ettorebzbz you could try either to put more force in pulling up/back on the bars, and also you may only be able to pull in gear 1 because it's only a 50, and some of the other 50's can do it in more gears because they are modded, you could try modding your bike?

i think that 4 stroke enige's have a much better sound. and for the little experience i have with both i think a 4 stroke drives much better

(my experience is from a aprilia 250 2 stroke and a honda CBR 600RR)

so that will probably be not a very good comparisment

thought the honda drove like a dream very fast very smooth.

He's from Holland. At 15 he can ride a 50cc that is restricted to 45kmh (his seems to have been derestricted though) @ 16 he could get a 125 with 15ps (restricted) He couldn't get a big bike until 18 or so and couldn't have the unrestricted version of that until 21 years old. Of course eveyone buys them restricteed and then removes the restrictors. As long as the bikes are the right cc they get away with it most times.

Well, actually in Holland you can't ride until you're 16 years old with a limit of 50cc.

At 18 you can ride a bike that has no more then 28 Kw of power.(with the proper lincence ofcourse).

And at 21 you are allowed to ride every kind of motorcycle, ofcourse with a drivers licence.

It's a little different in each European Union country. In the UK it is 16 50cc 30mph (restricted) 17 125cc(restricted) and then 3 years experience before an open class license. Germany it's 15 with no license 25kmh 16 for 50 or 125cc depending on the test you take and then the same as UK after that.

Spain, where my sister and nephew live, 14 with 45kmh 50cc (restricted) with no license and 16 for 125cc. My nephew has a 50cc which he tuned and it does 110kph, he is 14.

I live in the USA. What you can ride and when you can ride it varies from state to state. Those states that let you ride whatever you want at 16 years old have much higher motorcycle death rates than those that have some kind of structured licensing system. It is retarted to allow someone of 16 years old to ride a Hayabusa with 200mph potential and 0-60 faster than a Ferarri.

I have met very few Americans who ride in the rain.

I like the law over here its fair enough. You get 1 chance, you fuck it up and then you have to face the music.

If you get caught speeding at 16, you get 3 points on your licence. That means its harder to get a car when your 17 and the insurance is alot higher.

I have a 50 cc yamaha TZR and i got 73mph :P (117km/h) not bad eh? dont speed tho.

ur not alowed anything over 33bhp (not 600cc) on an A2 license for the first 2 years. so if u pass it at 17 u can ride anything de-restricted by the time your 19, although if your over 21 you can take your direct access test and ride anything straight away, also 3 points on your license doesn't make that kuch off a difference (bout 100 quid) insurance is sky high anyways due to boy racers who can't even drive/race properly.

Ever thought he might be only 14-16 years old and is not allowed to legally ride anything bigger on the road. BTW 2 strokes are almost twice as powerful as 4 strokes for any given capacity. A 2 stroke 50 (unrestricted) prodcues at least as much power as a 4 stroke 90cc, usually a little more. Every downward stroke of the piston is done with an explosion, it's only every other with a 4 stroke. 500cc 2 stroke will murder 500 4 stroke for eample.

Everyone did used to ride 2 strokes. It used to be that the top GP class (now Moto GP) was the 500cc class. The rules were up to 4 cylinders and 500cc, regardles of whether 2 stroke or 4 stroke. The 4 stroke companies, like Honda tried very very hard for a very long time to develop a 500cc 4 stroke 4 cylinder that could compete with the 2 strokes, they never ever managed it. Then they swtiched to 2 stroke and voila they became WC. No the rule is 800cc 4 stroke or 500cc 2 stroke.

Considering the fact that the 800cc 4 strokes are more representative of what the makers are allowed to offer the general public (EPA rules etc. have all but banned most 2 strokes) It makes more sense to race the 4 strokes. Racing is a marketing tool. They are racing 4 strokes because that's what they can sell you. Success in racing guarantees more sales. If you have success in racing 2 strokes, but can not sell them for road use, then there's no link between race & road bikes.
