@heine71 They were just a little animation house that mostly did TV commercials back then. I think they're still around today but are under the name "Duck Studios". Several noted people who ran it back then include Duane Crowther and Corny Cole.
Noticeably, Corny and the studio worked on a sequence that was supposed to be in the 1981 movie "Heavy Metal but was deleted in the final cut of the film called "Neverwhere Land".
