had my left knee scanned with MRI yesterday at BMI Blackheath hospital. took 20 mins and got my images within a few mins after. Very expensive without medical insurance. But to my untrained eyes my knee looks like your scans.
The loudness of the machine was a bit startling at first but i felt quite relaxed after a couple of minutes

Hi I'm having a MRI scan today at 12:30pm and it's on my right knee too but i live in the uk and am 13 so I duno what I'll need too were and if it's just my leg going in I'm really nervous after reading scary comments off other videos =S and so pls answer ASAP thnx xox
@Lauren2006tara : don't worry, you just lie there for 20 minutes or so and you're done ... they even gave m headphones so i could listen to music instead of the machine hum ... no worries!
how long did your scan last because im going tomorrow for a scan and apparently its going to last from 1-2 hours (O_O) including waiting for te results or something like that.
and is the "tube" that they put you in tight because im chlostrophobic. :/.
no worries ... only your leg goes in the tube .... assuming you've got somthing with you knee as well. the scan took about 15-20 mins but i guess this is not always the same ...
hi...just tubed mri scan and your clip came up, I am having a scan done on my knee in a couple of days time.can you tell me what exactly was wrong with your knee???
the 1st time it happened it was a rough fall but then the next times it came out easier. the second time i was playing football on the beach and twisted my leg, and the third time i simply turn around pretty roughly which was enough for it to pop out.
the first time i only needed crutches for about a day. then i could pretty much walk.
i am going for a scan on the 15th of this month for my ankle. i am in pain all the time, i hope they find something cause sometimes i feel like chopping my ankle off it gets that sore.
DICLOFENAC is your friend! I went from being called a 'crippeled bastard' :) to walking almost noramally in 2 days ... before the operation. Sure, there's the risk of a heart attack and bleading stomach/intestines, but hey, everything comes at a price ;)
of all the things to put on youtube...

this isnt my scan... its mgajic 's
but if your wondering about my scan, well i had it done because i dislocated my left knee 3 times.
basically your knee cap is bloked between 2 bone lumps so that it cant move. one of my lumps is a bit damaged so my knee cap slid out to the side.
