Yeah, the bit the video clip does not show is that you need a stool to do all of this. Notice how the top of the car is about in line with the lady's shoulders as she is about to lift the bike up effortlessly, but in the close-up clip, she has suddenly grown and the top of the car is now in line with her belly-button!
Getting the bikes up is not quite as easy as this clip makes out, but they are a good product... just wish the instructions were easier to follow. The video is a big help though.
