Some richies bus drivers are always grumpy.

This video actually makes me cry... The service provided by Ritchies is terrible. The buses are always late, the bus drivers are extremely rude. Some of them actually steal the bus fare or make vulgar remarks about young female students on their bus.

I have heard some pretty bad things about the albany service. One driver rejected a student because they didn't have the correct change >_< - That is service! And handing out tickets for a few cents but taking the rest of the cash for lunch money.

If Ritchies were serious about service they would take complaints seriously and start firing dishonest rude staff members.
