As much as i love the other records I think 16 Lovers Lane was the Go-Betweens best album. Some may disagree with me but I thought Amanda Brown was a great asset to The Go-Betweens sound especially this record. Tallulah was a little too strait forward as a whole and commercial but they really showed what they could do on 16 Lovers Lane. Classic stuff with an extra edge, love it!
