Basically anytime he ran, prior to that happening, his neuts only went active once or twice, that i can remember, and only once was an inty neuted that I recall. But w/e, I live in null and we all run scrams with the exception of BS.

nice pvp, boost alt and implant i guess ? and you can not transversal with an inti against ac and 3300m/s, he always hit you.. he hits over 35km pretty well with barrage and goes nearly 5k m/s oh, the only real enemy is a scram dual prop medium shielded with nos dramiel... you rarely see them.
