to complete the star cup you have to complete the flower cup and the mushroom cup with a trophy.

Thats how you unlock it.

This is my favorite course out of the whole Mario Kart series.

I always vote for it on wifi.

And yet, these seem to be among the most ruthless of the Mario Kart games. I haven't seen the others, but Daisy Circuit has some pretty demanding corners, and Koopa Cape makes you go pretty fast across fields of obstacles.
