Good Vibe, Great Party, Awesome crowd. You had them all on puppet strings, heck most of them couldnt stop fist pumping or waving thier hands in the air. Reminds me of when you get all the right ingredients together and it works. Dude you can brag about this one, you have every right.

That's nice of you to admit that even the greats sometimes have a bad gig. I just came out of a gig where I tried playing every dancing song I could and nobody danced except for when the band was playing. Plus I was haunted by this philosophy my stepbro has, a DJ also, that if you don't get anyone dancing you're automatically a bad DJ. I only got two requests amid many solicitations: Chicago's "Beginnings" and Lionel Richie's "All Night Long." Am I a bad jock, or did folks just want to chill?

i like those gigs i know the feeling when you get a couple of duds in a row i always remind myself with the fact that i use the same basic core playlist every time and add to it as needed and update it every few months if i havent updated it i know that the crowd were dud not me because the last 3 gigs were mayhem on the same playlist
