@CraroruTech Take a look at istartedsomething, search for "cursor misses a beat" (I can't add links in comments, is this normal?). Read the article and the comment linked in the update.
@CraroruTech Yes you do ;) You just don't see it, because the animation is a lot faster than in my movie. Or you are using bigger cursors which don't seem to have that problem.
@CraroruTech RTM version was available for MSDN and Technet subscribers since July. The cursor stutter and window animation stutter bugs still exist today, almost a year after going RTM...
If something new sucks, everybody should shut up and accept whatever is given to them? Windows 7 is great but it has a few tiny annoyances that are... well, annoying! ;)
Isn't it merely the graphic itself being incomplete rather than the coding thats running it thats faulty? Ive not experienced anything else with win 7 thats not 100%
Yeah, it's the graphic that's faulty - but how can you be sure that stuff running under the hood are all 100% when you've got something as lame as a mouse cursor being either incomplete or bugged? :P
One of the reasons why I removed Windows 7 is because of all these little things that make the OS not feel polished, it makes you wonder what's under the hood that is also not very polished...sigh.
The stuttering Windows animation for example should have been spotted a long time ago!!
@relu84 who gives a fuck about some stupid mouse bullshit. maybe your computer just sucks!

Yes, but think about what dpomd said below - how many lines of code are screwed up? Maybe there's a line of code which burns hard drives :P
