@grumblekin Lol I agree. Kojima really needs to cut back on the cutscenes in these games.. I never found them to be a problem before MGS4 though to be honest. That's probably because MGS4's cutscenes were patronizing as fuck. Yes Kojima.. I know that war is bad and I know that war is not a video game, now would you kindly FUCK OFF and let me play the game?!

Honestly if someone wants to join the army because they like playing Call of Duty, I say let them. It's all part of natural selection.

@l3awl3ag I have to disagree. I see your point though, but COD and MGS are different game styles, with different purposes. Kojima wants to be remembered as a deliverer of pure and deep feelings through cutscenes, COD wants to make itself remembered for its immediate gameplay. It s NOT a natural selection, they both pass it with flaying colours if you ask me.

@ngsoftwork Nah I meant natural selection in the Darwin sense. If someone is stupid enough to join the military because they think it will be like CoD, then they're doing us a favour by potentially removing themselves from the gene pool lol. It's a form of evolution. Stupid + stupid = stupid, and stupid things tend to die quicker than intelligent things. So eventually everything will be at least moderately intelligent.

Hideo Kojima obviously doesn't share that view lol :p
