@eggplantparrot omg yes, this plane is very smooth and stable. It was one of my first 4CH planes and I had well over 250+ flights on it. Great plane, super smooth and flies like it's on rails!
@eggplantparrot well I use 150% throw, and max throw, on all of those... but I don't recommend that for most people, that is just what I do. I would recommending setting it up at 100%(normal) to start, and adjust from there. I don't use expo or DR either, but you can adjust them as you want. I'd suggest stock settings with 100% throw and perhaps around 40% expo on ur aileron, rudder, elevator to start, then adjust as you want, based on how it feels for you.
@turkishflight1010 no, the parkzone p-51 comes with no landing gear, however, it is a great flying plane if and iyou really want you can add landing gear. I would recoomend; hoever, if you don't want landing gear then look into the parkzone trogan t-28
@earthling1984 Thanks you for the response. Ive decided on the Corsair. Ive pretty much mastered the SuperCub and i want something that is a challenge that will test me for awhile!
@xxsekoxx i was going to get one of these after my super cub but when i asked my model shop they told me that it would just end up in a black bag because it is too fast and twitchy in flight. they said that i should get a stinson and that flies just like the super cub but is faster and easier to control in the air. you can also add flaps to the stinson. you will probably be ok if you can hook up a trainer cable with an experienced pilot for the first flights
@standwak I got a Corsair about a month ago. It is a lot harder to fly. I havent had any bad crashes, but a couple hard landings. It breaks a lot easier than the Super Cub too. Just going to take some practice.
hey just wondering what battery your running and how are you mounting it in there so its balenced i got 2250 45 cell i had lying around so i want toput them in it so if you could give me some ideas that would be great
@referfag hey. Actually I never really even checked the CG on this model. I ran 1300mAh(stock) and 1800mAh batteries with no problems. A 2250 45C will be a little heavy, so you will probably want it just a little bit further back. CG should be, as stated in the manual '2 3/4 inches (70.0mm) From leading edge of the wing'
very nice flight man!!! iv just bought this plane and going to stick two gyros on and see if it will fly itself?? and i thought the filming was fine too!!
The clicking sound is his noob flying when he banks he completely let's go of the stick and the stick returns to the center of the tx and it goes makes that wierd vibrating sound
@Dirtymuffdiver09 actually, the clicking noise is the cameras zoom button... And my 'noob' flying, lol... I'm pretty darn skilled :) This was my first large 4ch plane and this was one of my first flights hehe. I'm not bad, not bad at all :) Thanks for the comment, but think next time before making judgements and calling names. :)
@Jeremybaland SOrry for the late response. It depends how/where you want to fly. I love my micro P-51 because I can fly it in my back yard... but I do like the P-51D BL better because it is larger, which provides a better feel while flying. Both are great planes! You will be happy with either one!
nishbrown.....if you will listen carefully the plane is off in the distance....what you are hearing are things close to the camera possibly the camera itself....all you hear of the plane is the roar of the motor as it passes by.........
Elevator should just be flat, to keep the plane steady/straight. If you haven't flown before, it may require a bit of trim, but start with it flat. After you throw, immediately get your hand on the Transmitter and adjust as needed. And thanks for your kind comment! :)
I don't know what POP or clicking you are talking about. What time during the video do you hear it? Plane sounded perfectly fine to me while flying, pretty quiet actually, and hasn't been in a single crash yet. I'll try to listen for the sound as I watch the vid again now. Flying weight of plane is 25oz.
Dangerous at throttle in a dive. Cut the throttle then dive because if u dive with power u may not recover then crash

is it stable? no twitchy tendencies?

Would this be a good plane to move up to from the Supercub?

@xxsekoxx I would suggest the trojan t-28 first.

Everytime I tried hnd launching with mine....it would bank over and crash!!!!
Its broke now....but I have replacement parts.....

Odd. Try giving it about 80% throttle and throwing like a dart.

ooo. I think I know what you mean now. I thought you meant it was a plane sound, I think you are referring to the zoom button on the camera.

At :23, :26, :31, :32, :33?? WTF?
I am technically insane, but I'm not hearing things!!
