I got the gist of his joke, but it's just plain stupid, and ignorant. You mentioned something about propaganda for Iranian consumption, and yet you fail see the irony of your statement, of the utter BS fed to the American public to garner support for starting more wars. And I still point out that all those sanctions against the Iranians will not stop them from achieving their objectives, including developing the capability to defend their territory against foreign aggression.

But it seems that you didn't get the meaning of my post, which was pointing out the fact that 31 years of sanctions haven't prevented the Iranians from creating an industrial infrastructure capable of producing indigenous weapon systems like the Jamaran. You fail to see the irony of your own statements, especially about propaganda, except this one carries precision guided ordinance that exceeds the lethality of a small WWII armada.
