looks like two handicapped spots too. double tickets maybe? but i see tards like this all the time. i never understood if its for the attention because they have a big truck or are they actually that stupid where they cant park in a spot. years ago i had a beat up 82 suburban lifted with 38 inch tires. i had no problems getting that thing into a spot. i did notice no one parked by it though :)
