They keep thinking that MVP and Truth are going to be that new black breakout star...when all this time they had one of the best workers in the last decade in Benjamin. I myself am in the entertainment business and my opinion of Shelton was simply..take him off the road and get him some acting lessons and a couple of months of intense training on the theatrics of the game. He would be unstoppable. And speaking of mic skills, ever hear a Bourne promo?

sure...Bourne has not a micwork like a JBL at his time^^, but wwe wants him to the next mysterio and hes way better than him - with his angle there is no chance for moves like 5-6 years ago.

i hope benjamin gets a new chance soon, but im sure he will end like christian in moment... cant unterstand why hes so underrated :(

@aerocell4life First of all Bourne is NO Rey Mysterio! Lets just lay that to rest. JBL was the completely worthless. As a heel youre supposed to get heat because youre awesome and good at what you do..JBL got heat because he literally sucked. All Shelton needed was time to work on his mic work. Gus like Chrisitan get buried because of internal politics. Same reason why no skill, no charisma, no moves Orton is a multi-time champ..its all politics and who they think will make money

@Shredderade Like usual the WWE broke them up prematurely and screwed both over in the process. Shelton had decent success championship wise, and put on some really good matches, but his mic skills held him back. As for Haas, they really just didn't know what to do with him. He was most over when he was impersonating people, but jobbingnhim out so much damaged his latter wwe career.

I would too. Though the WWE have offered him a return to the company twice but both times he's declined.

I think one of the main reasons he left was because of his wife wanting to go back to Japan or something.

Yeah in 2003 Eddie had to get another tag partner because, if I remember correctly, Chavo was injured. So they just put Eddie and Tajiri together for a little while.
