I am a hypnotist myself what he does is make the person belived that they will go into a deep sleep. There are great books that you can get about hypnosis and how to perform it in other people. Read and practice you will learn in no time.
can people even hear him when he says 'sleep' so fast? I dont think they take the term that fast into the brain..there must be something else he is doing

The other hand is at the back of their neck. Is this some sort of stimulis to the brain or something?
He's pulling the arm to give them a shock that will bypass the critical factor, and a suggestion at the same time ("SLEEP!") which will go directly to the subconscious mind. The hand behind the neck is just to check if the person is relaxed.
Actually, there is no truth to this. I would love to get a copy of the book you read this in though. I put my hand on the person's back to steady him or her so they won't fall down. That's all.
hey i was wondering...if you have learnt to do this arm pull technique and say sleep..would it be possible to go completyly random to someone in the street do the arm pull routine , pull the arm say sleep and they sleep
Excellent video and as you know Don I am a student of Jerry's as well (I guess we are Jerry's Kid's hehe). I think what you have been doing lately is really nice and if I was in Jerry's shoes I would be really proud of how far you have came along. Keep the the great work. the "hands spinning" in the video was just a depth test. It wasn't the "hands spinning" induction. I should film that one day.
