  • i had the double down before (by accident)

I gotta tell you... THAT SANDWICH IS SOOOO GOOD!

yea it's fattening, but the taste is so good :3

i only had 1 in my life tho :(

  • racheal ray... shut the fuck up whore!!!

  • diets

  • Fuck that. That thing looks delicious..

  • What the f**k is Rachael Ray preaching. She smokes cigarettes.

  • my god it's scary reading some of this stuff... losing weight is NOT the same as being healthy... the ripped guy in the gym who eats KFC every day is NOT healthy...

  • what is this dumb bitch talking about. 21st century you stupid woman. we can eat whatever we want and be fine.

  • @kaystarRAW its funny cause I know you have problems when someone asks you to run or get off your lazy ass,go back to KFC fatass nigger

  • @roxas53 LMAO im chinese

  • there's still all that shitty cholesterol and stuff. Even if you're 150 pounds and you never gain weight, you can still have high cholesterol levels.

  • it don't matter what the fuck you eat, just work out. I lost 80 pounds, and one of best friends is ripped (no homo), and he hits all that bad shit. like just WORK OUT!!! That's all!

  • @FairGameJustin i completely agree, i use to be 260, after football, and working our all winter im down to 200, and i can eat what ever i want.

  • @FairGameJustin THANK YOU! The only 100 percent, fool proof method to losing weight is to actually work out. And when I say work out, I mean an activity that causes sweating for more than 30 minutes a day. People are all looking for something to blame when its themselves they need to examine.

  • two fat cunts talking about nutrition. its allmost worse then fox news saying fair and balanced every 30 senconds

  • i had a double down. it wasnt very good. i dont know why they are freaking out about it though. its probably better for you than a hamburger.

  • yea she bomb for being 40years old an she loves to cook need i say more?? and for what shes sayin she has a point kids are becoming chubby motha fuckers and its gross seeing a 10yr old boy 5ft 2 165lb with bitch tits.. parents she regulate on this shit.. kids are our future!!!!!!!!!!

  • KFC Double Down is not a gun. It's like fucking sex in and around your mouth, you dumb bitch.

  • @GoW17 fat ass lol. you gobble ur death sandwich

  • KFC Double Down is like a gun??

  • there is nothing wrong with celebrities using their popularity to make a point about things that they really care about, at least they are using this platform to make a difference, as long as they mean well and might save lives why not... why kill something positive...

  • @datkoolbrutha I agree, but unfortunately they'll end-up too ill or lazy to work. Then tax payers have to pay their health care bills. We're in a terrible situation.

  • She's so cute when she argues.

  • Another self righteous know it all celebrity, someone should tell these people that just because they have money doesn't mean they know everything, fuck off Rachel Ray.

  • Rachel's expertise is food & nutrition--not a "Know-It-All", just a "Know-Food". As a TV chef , she tries to educate a stubborn public. I am 57, grew up on milk delivered to the door, vegetables grown in the yard, and eggs bought from a farm. I see a big shift away from healthy foods these past 20-30 years.

Americans learn from TV. But, KFC has a higher advertising budget than celery. With all those 30-second spots, its fair to allow for equal time. Be angry at Madison Avenue, not Rachel Ray.

  • I'm getting one next time I see a KFC...

  • They have grilled too BTW!!! Get over yourselves. If you don't like it, DON'T EAT IT!!!! If other people want to eat it, they can. I'm so sick of the liberals trying to tell us how to live our lives cuz they think they know more than us!!!

  • @mysticdragon75 Amen!! Celebrities just need to stfu!!! Talking about being conservative... im laughing my ass off. Conservative, huh? And your a millionaire flying around in a self-owned jet. They just need to stfu. Actors, talk show hosts... and in this case, a famous chef.

  • @Whitehawkup Hate to tell you this but I am not a millionaire flying around in my own jet, although I would love to be!! And jets have nothing to do with what we are talking about. I only meant that you don't see conservatives running around telling everybody what they can or cannot eat, do you? Most conservatives I know think that it's up to the individual or parents to decide.

  • @mysticdragon75 I was agreeing with you, dumbass. No shit you don't have a self-owned jet... but celebrities do, and they claim to be conservative and it's a joke. The irony here is what you mentioned in your own comment... "Most conservaties I know think it's up to the individual or parents to decide." Exact opposite! These celebrities claim they are conservative, but they won't shut there mouths and want to influence decesions. I wasnt taling about people like you and me.

  • @Whitehawkup Well, you don't have to call names!! I misunderstood you. I'm sorry. But most celebs DO NOT claim to be conservative. If you ask them the will tell you that they are liberal democrats. Even if you don't ask them, you can tell they are liberal just by the way they talk. If they are against the free market & for more big government, then they are liberal.

  • come to my channel to see how YOU can get free stuff from amazon including xbl codes and ms points!! =D

  • Dude! That sandwich is freakin' delicious! Don't rip on it Rachel Ray! Whatever, whatever I eat what I want!

  • I'll agree we all should try and eat better and live better. But comparing a chicken sandwhich to a gun, that's pretty blonde of Rachel Ray. LOL geez, if people wanna eat, let them eat, quit trying to control people and their lifestyle. And Rachel Ray cooks stuff on Television that looks like it'll kill ya if you just took a bite. So don't that make her a hypocrite. LOL come on Joy, you can do better than that!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheJdc34life shes not trying to control people shes just trying to give them advice and tell people about the problem. and no of course it wont kill you in one bite but if you just happen to think like that over and over again its not gonna be one bite its gonna be the whole thing. and then again its gonna be the whole thing. thats what shes trying to say. yes she is overexaggerating a bit but telling people about that is basicly her job

  • @killerzofnight How is this her job? WHO made her the food hall monitor for the country?? Being a chef doesn't make her qualified to tell me what I can or cannot eat. Is she a lisenced nutricianist??

  • I didn't mean it literally >.> its something that most t.v. chefs do whenever they see anything remotely fatty dont freak out about it. the only people that believe this crap is the stupid housewives that will believe all or most of the things they hear/see on the internet/t.v. but every little bit will help our stupid fat children. god i swear every kid i see nowadays is a freaking fatty

  • she looks like she is gonna cry 1:11

  • How is the lack of need for such a "sandwich" anything like handing someone a gun? In fact how is it related at all to the conversation? Is she trying to imply guns are not needed? Even if she feels that way, it is not at all a universal truth that one can use it as an analogy of an unneeded thing.

  • $10

    1 loaf of bread

    Pk of Deli quality cheese

    90% fat free Ham PK

    1 Tomato

    1 Onion

    Bag of Apples 5-6

Feed the family, fast food is not cheep, Buying fast food makes you a fat poor person. People would just rather spend $1.55 for Fries than $1 on a large Apple, calling it expensive is BS

  • @Doggorunning Pasta is good for you too. I can make 6 servings of pasta for a dollar! Look, I work in a restaurant and I serve fat asses all the time that act like cooking is something the Jews had to do at Auschwitz. I know the inflated profits of restaurants and if people knew what a ripoff it was, people wouldn't eat out! On a side note, food like the healthy choice brand or weight watchers, that is def expensive. But normal non processed groceries are cheaper than eating out for sure.

  • YOU BITCH i summon Colonel sanders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, "Sanders turns the news lady into kfc extra crispy" lololol :[)

  • I think I read recently about food stamp debit cards will work at fast food restaurants. That's worst than just having convenience stores in poorer neighborhoods.

  • Eh simple, stop parking your fat bun at the handicap, you can walk. Heck stop driving, walk, or bike. Exercise, than you can eat as many double down. I suggest Rachel to layoff the them doubledowns, however she aint exactly skinny, but baby she got back though :)

  • Kids need to exercise more. That's the problem with obese kids these days. Parents need to be more involved with their children when it comes to nutrition. We can't allow them to eat junk food on a regular basis.

  • @datkoolbrutha When you say we, do you mean parents or society? Parents are the only one that have the right to dictate what their kids should be eating. Society does not have that right & neither does the government.

  • @mysticdragon75 No I ment parents. And the government doesn't have a right to dictate what we eat. If someone wants to be overweight, have high blood pressure, or simply doesn't care about their health, then that's on them.

  • 56 grams of protein and no carbs, yeaaaaah the double down might look and sound bad but its not. its more healthy than a damn subway sandwich that has a shit load of carbs in it.

  • @svcreeper

Double Down nutrition increases over Subway 6 inch Roasted Chicken Breast Sandwich:

    Sodium 680 increase

    Calories 220 increase

    Cholesterol 160 increase

    Fat 27.5 increase

    Carbs 38 Decrease

Sure you shave off some carbs (not all) and massively increase your cholesterol, calories, sodium. Also considering carbs (along with vegetables Double Down lacks) are actually apart of a balanced diet for someone who exercises I would say the Double Down is in no way healthier.

  • Processed food is not cheaper, and eating out isn't either. Whole chickens are cheaper than KFcrap. They also give the impression that the bacon and such is the problem in obesity today. Look at the fat kids, if they eat a burger you blame it, but it isn't the meat, it is the bun and the fries they eat with it. Soda, energy drinks, all expensive garbage. Animals proteins and fats lead to great health, sugar in all of its forms, and vegetable oils are demons.
