When he's taking the meter readings, it sounds like the cameraman is chewing gum... it's a pretty nasty sound! However, apart from that it's a really good video showing the setup for an actual session, something that's usually lacking in the videos on here.
yeah, it's not a problem as long as the shutter speed and aperture combination cuts out the ambient (flourescent in this case) I was most likely shooting at approx 1/60th at around f/8
