The town itself is nice but it's the UNCW college kids and high prices that make it a bad place too live. Alot of snobby, rich people live here too.

haha yeah, alot of people surf around here but its not called Wilmington beach. The most popular surf spot around here is Wrightsville beach

I love the Wilmington bridge, the Turtle rescue every year on Wrightsville Beach and the Cotton exchange. Good thing you got out of Wilmington when you did. The town is going bankrupt. Last person out turn the lights off please.

I had the pleasure of living in Wilmington, NC and Wrightsville Beach, NC for 4 years. To date, there is no other place that feels more like home then here. I graduated from UNCW and moved to Florida, and everyday I ask myself why, because I love this town so much.

downtown at night rules. Except for all the drunks walking the streets. but forget all the wilmington high schools. North Brunswick is the best.

That's a pretty neat video. That part of downtown is really pretty especially at night. I'm guessing you were down there on a saturday or sunday morning because the street market was going on.

p.s. I had prom dinner at Roy's riverboat. =p Prom was at the convention center. haha

Those horses aren't very friendly y'know. I was walking my dogs down there and they just went insane barking at the horses, at which point I struggled to pull them away as the horses struggled to stamp on them. Ah hah hah...
