This concert was recorded on September,24 1969 ---- exactally 40 years ago. And today (Sep. 24 2009) is my birthday- I ´m 40 years old today!!!

Deep Purple recorded this fantastic and historic gig with the Royal Phillarmonic Orchestra in the same day I came to the World!!! It´s very special for me!!!

lord is a genius... if this concerto had been made by a famous composer.. such bethoven...

would be much more recognized....

would be considered one of the most beatuiful music peaces of all the time, like the famous symphonies of classical music!!

Amen to that. I totally agree, the main them that is repeated throughout the concerto(hopefully you know which one i'm referring to) is just as well phrased as much of what mozart and beethoven wrote. and there is so much passion and excitement in this piece!

I'm not sure about it and I have my older records in Holland so I cannot check on that.
