I thought the story of Hamdan's supposed wedding was proven to be another made up story like the one about Sheikh Rashid's alleged engagement to Sheikha Latifah. The sheikh's may not announce engagements but they often announce weddings and in the case of Sh. Hamdan, I think if he had gotten married (as is being claimed) then it would have been announced at least in brief.
