it worked, but i could only download 3 .xap apps to my after. after three, it said the maximum number of developer applications have been reached. is there any way to install more than 3 apps?

Please help! I unlocked my LG Optimus 7 with your other tutorial and did as you said here. The problem is XapInstaller won't connect to my phone, it says: Connect() :: Failed to connect to device as it is pin locked. What do I do? My phone is turned on and I can open games and apps.

@euge95 thanks, but the download wouldn't work. i think it was because the app only works with htc samsung and lg (i have a dell) is there any other way to install more apps?

okay it was working perfectly until i unplugged my phone and plugged my wifes phone, then i unplugged mine back in and after i try to add another app it tells me "InstallApplication() :: Installation of the application failed. XAP package signature is not valid or the WP manifest file is invalid. Re-sign with valid signature and fix the manifest file." what does that mean?

@mosesp254339 you have to install the advanced confg. tool to remove the limt of the apps that lets you intall it the link is in the description :)

@cellgretsch OK 1st zune must be oopened in all time, 2nd your device cannot be in the lock screen, and make sure that you did the mfg tutorial exactly iqual

@laathetwerkenaub ok, first you have to unlock (jailbreak) your phone, you can do that with chevronwp7 or with mfg just like me, there is an tutorial for that on euge95's profile.

i don't know if it works on your lumia 800, but if you did the "jailbreaking" thing correctly, you should be able to sideload apps (; (btw spreek je nederlands? :P)
