Existe um atalho para mudar a Oitava, use as teclas direcionais para cima ou para baixo para rapidamente aumentar ou diminuir uma Oitava.

if everything else in your pc sounds with no problem except for the program, click the speaker icon on the right side of the taskbar, make sure all volumes are to the max, cuz if the program doesnt sound, it might be cuz one of those volums went to the min
