It says in Panacea's video part 45 out of 53 it is stated that you would offer to make one for me a 100k unit for $20,000, or a 50k generator for only $14,000 I would only require a 5 k head however & would like mine to be quieter yet that's not essential.
it will take more energy to refill the tanks than you would get out of it so watt (pun) is the point ...(thats what petrol is for)...Effiency is allways the winner..!
If our master mechanic here could tie a modern air compressor to some any large power source (renewable, ideally, like a 50kw wind turbine), then he could store power at about 92% efficiency. Air motors run typically run upwards of 96% efficiency, and could be run in a closed loop...we just need a really big air tank.

Umm... Could it be a hacked real gasoline back-up generator? Like they applied mains power to the generator, turning it into a motor, and the gasoline engine is disconnected. Air tanks everywhere, it looks like the generator itself has two air tanks to start the motor in case the battery is dead. I'm confused.
