you should try to drag the shutter more... simply said : choose a longer exposure time (e.g. 1/5 second)

@jukklies Probably not possible with that fisheye... It doesn't have front threads, so you can't attach an ND filter. It will be over exposed in the day without that. So... You're a fool!
