I am not yet fully convinced that something so drastic will happen, but I feel it is a good idea to be prepared for any type of major disaster, to think that nothing could ever change our way of life is pretty irrational, so I think it's a good idea to be prepared. We are on the verge of something, just not quite sure where or how far it will go from here.

I'm late on watching this video but everything in the article you mentioned is coming true. This is how it was played. They raised the prices of food and basic necessities then people from third worlds would revolt against their government because it didn't correct this problem. The government tries to crack down on these uprisings then the US or Britain intervenes in a "humanitarian effort" to help oust the current leader of that government

I know how and when to grow, know how to build a shelter, know how to skin and clean an animal, start a fire, fish. We would be better off getting across the border into Canada, where the wilderness is much larger and less likely to be taken over by people.

They raised the prices of food and basic necessities then people from third worlds would revolt against their government because it didn't correct this problem. The government tries to crack down on these uprisings then the US or Britain intervenes in a "humanitarian effort" to help oust the current leader of that government

Hunting, fishing, foraging; basically just living the way we were meant to. Without all this meaningless crap that just complicates things. I know how and when to grow, know how to build a shelter, know how to skin and clean an animal, start a fire, fish. All and all I think I'd do better in the aftermath of this country than I'm doing now lol. I actually wouldn't mind it if everything broke down.

@ImprettysureImright- I feel the same way, and would enjoy living off of the land, but the states will be screwed, even Montana will be overrun by people, also trying to live off the land. Fish and game will be hunted to extinction very quickly, and in the melee, the water supply will be fought over and most likely destroyed in the process. We would be better off getting across the border into Canada, where the wilderness is much larger and less likely to be taken over by people.

What we're experiencing now is an artificial bubble in the price of food cause by unregulated speculation in the commodity markets and some scattered disasters here and there. Before it is news has a good record of accuracy. MSM is in my opinion is Lame Stream Media. You get part of the truth with their joking undertones. Food prices have been steadily rising since last year. Look at the stocks for food, the other day Soy was around 1700+; Corn 663.75; Wheat 800.00 etc. I pd42dollars for 3bags of chips, 2tubs of cottage cheese, 2 haf gal creamer, 12donuts.We can come to a reasonible conclusion this article regarding food, has merit. Nothing wrong with being prepared.

The truth is that the western world produces food for 2 billion people. Most of this is going to the dump in order to keep prices up. Where I live the corporations are burning bread which could feed 400,000 people on a daily basis. In a city with less than 2 million people, bread for 400,000 people is dumped.
