I don't know where that particular sample is from, but the song is called "Caravan" by Duke Ellington, it's an old jazz standard.

That was a good guess, but it's actually a big band version of Bing Crosby's "Temptation". The closest version I could find was done by the Raymond Scott Quintet, but there isn't a video of it on Youtube.
