@21E80F30, all you need is some free downloadable software for PC. There are a few programs out there that do this and give a pretty good 3d feel by analyzing the input video. Unless you mean to record in 3d, then you need two cameras and perhaps adobe photoshop for video. Or just one camera for stills. Or get a stereoscopic video camera. Cheap, under $200 ones exist.

Why does 3d never work for me= Look i rent My bloody valentine in 3d Green ~red ,they actually gave me some green - red glasses,but when i started watching it , i didnt see much difference :/ why? do i have to be in a dark room or whatever,i need help man

My bloody valentine never worked for me either. I think they gave the wrong color glasses.  But the glasses used for my bloody valentine work for this if you wear them the wrong way around ;) Left on the right and right on the left. Let me know if it works :)

I found that it added more depth perception however as for scenes where the object, in this case a pickaxe, were "popping out" of screen i found that staring straight at the object didn't work. Instead i found if i look just left or right of the object that it actually appear popping out. I found the same results on this video as well. Good job by the way, i enjoyed that.

@LeonScottKiller : Buy BluRay or download it, the dvd version is just crappy. Turn all the lights around off when you watch it. And the last one it works for me but not sure if it could for others: watch the movie on laptop or desktop. I dont know, i have a LCD tv but it works much better on my laptop.

Yeah, I too used those "real cinema" ones on these pictures, and they won't work. Turns out those "real cinema" glasses are polarized glasses, and they are in a totally different category of 3d. Those are the "new school" glasses.

What you need for these pictures is the "old school" ones. The green-magenta ones will work wonderfully on this video. I am so fortunate to have both the polarized ones and green-magenta ones at home!

I got my magenta-green 3D glasses from Comic Con. They were giving them away to promote the DVD for Monsters vs. Alien. I am assuming that the DVD will be 3D when you use this pair of glasses!

I think if you buy movies like that one, or My Bloody Valentine 3D, or Coraline, etc, you will get a pair. Not very sure. But it seems that way from what I read on YouTube. Hope that helps! =)
