The song has everything to do with Africa! The people singing the song are of African decent,probably from Bahir, So don't be misled.

I'm Puerto Rican, most Latinos are mixed with African, Spanish and Indian blood, and R.Kelly's wife is part Puerto Rican. You can hear the African influence in most Spanish music. Stepping and Salsa, almost the same just different music. Capoeira from Bahir, Dominican El Canario, it's all about Mother Africa and the beat. Tu Sabe.
