Me being a Christian, I'm kinda iffy on tattoos. People long ago got them for pagan beliefs and purposes. But of course times have changed. I just think if you are convicted about getting tattoos then you shouldn't get them. The Bible says followers of Christ aren't supposed to look like the world. But Ill admit, I do like tattoos, just not when people go overboard.

The bible does say to take care of your body, and tattoos don't necessarily destroy your body. I think that phrase was aimed more towards drugs, self harm, alchoholism, and just being lazy aha

@skilletgirl225 I think that gets confused in translation and then people against tattoos distort it. Mainly because Tattoos once upon a time were totally pagan. But know a days when you can walk into a parlor and get ink in less than a few hours its viewed differently. Ya there are still people who are going to look down on you but there are amazing people who get them as reminders. I know a guy whose sister did his tattoos so they remind him of her and God.

I know a lot of people are comparing my tattoo to Josh from AILD, well first i want you to know that we have the same artist. Tod Bain at 1st Revelation tattoos, and secondly Josh had his first, but the meaning behind my tattoo is different than his and similar yes however they are not the same in design nor in meaning. @mrstealyogirl2012 The verse about makring ones body and tattooing was about the practice at the time of feviving the dead or calling spirits for protection through demonic marking on the body. now obviously this practice has changed. also, nothing in the NT about no tattoos. idk why God would be mad Jesus, or scripture or a cross is on you.

Wow, I had no idea just how religious they were lol. I love how they express their faith with brutal, inspiring and amazing songs. Definitely my favorite band. And I also love that they're very open about their faith but don't push it upon anyone else. Overall they're just a group of awesome and VERY talented guys who definitely have their heads on straight and are going far in life.
