I recommend the books from Mark Hatmaker and a good wrestling gym. But no matter what, the best exercises to learn that kind of move are: neck bridging, wall walking and partner bridging (or so I think)

good question, but i think the answer is most likely gonna be no b/c i think that is considered slamming the opponent. Closest to those that u can do is probably a lateral throw, and some other move i forgot

actually no u can do it belly to belly throw are perfectly legal very dangerous for BOTH wrestlers but still legal
