I prefer constructive exchange of ideas rather than the notion of winning someone over to my thinking-or black and white thinking. (Not that I don't like that idea of winning someone over to my train of thought however. It does make things easier in the agreement that I am always right!) It doesn't agree with me the idea that I want nothing to do with someone if I cannot win them over to my train of thought. It makes for bad conversation when ego enters into the picture.

Well I think I've been clear that I've never had a problem with you, Ben, and I've got nothing but love and respect for you, brother. Disagreeing is pretty much par for the course. And I certainly was under no illusion that you stepped away from YT because of me or our "debate."
