I remember this place, but if I might suggest, try starting w/ a cold platter w/ roast goose/piglet/jellyfish. Second w/ geoduck, then whole 3 head Austr abalone, shark fin soup w/ ham or crab, whole bass, cooked in jujube/ham/scallion sauce, seafood/dry scallop garlic rice w/ an egg glaze (Golden Fried Rice), bird's nest in whole milk. About Vancouver, the restaurants do a better job on weekend
