If you laugh you lose your turn and you get another chance after everyone has taken their turn.
If you don't laugh with peanut butter on face, then you move on to the next stage: peanut butter in Neck. After Face(1) and Neck(2), comes Chest(3), Belly(4), Below the Belly(5), Inside of Upper Leg(6), Knee(7) and finally the most difficult: Bottom of Foot!(8)
